Acceptable stay, but issues noted

ant infestation poor solution

I found many ants near the shower controls. The hotel offered a roll of office tape as a solution. I was surprised by such a response from the staff. It was not effective at all.

super friendly hotel with a great location!

friendly staff great location

the staff were so friendly and helpful! the hotel is very close to the santa catarina church and the bolhão market. the metro is also very close. it was great to have access to the coffee and cakes in the basement during the day and evening!!!

i stayed in a smaller room, so it had limited space. the tv was difficult to use. no french channels were preset on the 3-star hotel television.
